Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.
You received the wrong item.
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return
Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, a photo of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days), OR
A replacement product shipped at no extra cost.

Products without original packaging
Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled but can be returned if eligible.
